Ithas an induced draft blower to pullthe gas mixture through the burnertubes. The heater has a direct sparkignition system which doubles as asafety device to prove the flame.Gas/Electric Precedent modelsexceed all California seasonalefficiency requirements. They alsoperform better than required to meetthe California NOx emissionrequirements.Low Ambient CoolingAll Precedent microprocessor unitshave cooling capabilities down to 0 Fas standard. Electromechanicalmodels have cooling capabilities to40 F as built, or to 0 F by adding theoptional low ambient control(frostat).5

This allows the drain tobe connected through the roof curbinstead of a roof penetration.MotorsBelt or direct drive – standard oroversized supply fan motors meet awide airflow range.Phase Reversal Protection1Phase Monitor shall provide 100%protection for motors andcompressor against problems causedby phase loss, phase imbalance andphase reversal. Phase monitor isequipped with an LED that providesand ON or FAULT indicator.Remove two screws for access to thestandardized internal componentsand wiring.Dehumidification (Hot GasReheat) OptionFactory Installed OptionsThis optionallows forincreasedoutdoor airventilation.It reduceshumiditylevels whileincreasingcomfortlevel in the air space.
