RESPIRATORY RATE 25 BREATHS PER MIN RETRACTIONS OR ACCESSORY MUSCLE USE PULSE OXIMETRY 94% ADVENITIOUS (ABNORMAL) OR DIMINISHED LUNG SOUNDSIF YES,ARE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING PRESENT?
