TroubleshootingAlarm beeps when youtry to arm itA. SLOW FLASH ZONE LIGHT-Sensor being trippedCheck the remote sensor(s) thatare assigned to that zone. Makesure that all Loops are locked,door/window sensors are linedup with the magnet, and motiondetectors are not seeing anymotion.Bypass the zone and arm youralarm(for example zone 2)PRESS * 2 *ENTER YOUR MASTER CODE TOOVERRIDE THE ZONEB. To increasethe range of sensors use a SignalBooster to create an extendedwireless network.Zone light for an indoormotion detector will notflashTo preserve battery life, so yourbatteries last 3-5 years, themotion detector will go into asleep mode for 3 minutes after itsees motion. It will “wake up”only after it has had a period of3 minutes of seeing nothing.To test the wireless motiondetector, place it in a drawer orsomewhere where it will not seeany movement for at least 3minutes. After 3 minutes, takethe motion detector out of thedrawer and watch thecorresponding zone light on thetattletale as you wave your handin front of it. If the zone lightflashes everything is operatingproperly.
