Intercall Secure Systems aredesigned and manufactured inthe UK as secure VoIP Intercomsolutions and Affray alarms.We use open interface TCP/IParchitecture to provide a highquality, flexible and robustcommunication system.Designed to meet the requirements of the latest Home Officespecifications, the units feature stainless steel front panelswith water resistant components, vandal resistant buttonsand robust LED indicators. The Secure system can compriseany combination of intercom points and telephone handsets,and allows PABX/PSTN interconnectivity to external lines.The system provides high quality full duplex conversationbetween the calling parties and may be installed onto anexisting Local Area Network infrastructure.Data loggingAll events on the system are recorded together with thedate and time in the embedded software data log. Thehistoric information can be retrieved simply and efficientlyin various formats, accessed from the integrated CallManagement Software or via a standard browser.Voice RecordingAn optional feature which records the intercomconversation between all parties. Integrated withthe embedded software data log, all conversationsare stored with the date and time. Secure accessto the recording is obtained using the CallManagement Software or a standard browser.Advances in intercom technology over the last fewyears have allowed us to offer this feature packedVoIP Intercom system at a competitive price.

It is commonin these locations to pair the IntercomPoint with a Reset Point outside the room.Key FeaturesCorridor IndicationNon-removable red LED to provide clear indication of thecalling status.Visit PegIn situations where the main Intercom point is not calling, the resetbutton may be used as a pegging point to record visits / guardtour, which can be retrieved via the embedded software data log.IsolateThe Isolation feature temporarily disables the call button,helping staff control nuisance calls. The non-removablegreen LED provides a clear indication that the isolationfeature is activated. Secure SystemsIntercall GUIThe Intercall Graphical User Interface shows a customgraphical representation of the building, with thecall system data overlaid in real time. The GUI is adirect interface from the call system and can either bea passive screen display, or interactive using touchscreen technology to reset calls and isolate points.Key FeaturesAudio-visual displayAn audio-visual device, the GUI uses clear iconography to help staff quicklyprioritise calls by providing a clear visual summary of activity on the call system.IntegrationSecure SystemsIntercall Telephone DisplayThis smart Telephone Display answers system callsby providing an audible and visual indication ofincoming calls on the Liquid Crystal Display, togetherwith system status and call location indication.Calls are displayed in order of priority andreceipt.
