Conferencing Reporting Systems (CRS)Premium Reports User GuideInterCall’s Conference Reporting System (CRS) Premium Reports will give you an overallview of your audio and web conferencing usage and trends. It allows you to observe yourconferencing accounts from all regions of the world. CRS provides monthly, quarterly andyear over year trending data and graphs providing you the opportunity to better manageyour conferencing service and forecast future conferencing service needs.For more information:Requesting Access to CRSUnited .comAll requests for access to CRS should be submitted by your sales representative. Once logged in, you will be able to access the report categories detailed below.You will also have access to a Help menu at the top, left of the page and the abilityto log out at the top, right of the page.InboxThe Inbox gives you easy online access to scheduled reports. You will be presented witha list of the report titles available to you, as well as the date each report was run. You mayopen or close the list by clicking on the red arrow in the upper, right side of the Inboxsection.1To open a report, click the report name you wish to view.2To save the report, click Document. The Save to my computer as option willprovide a list of file types available for download.To manage the size of your Inbox, reports will be automatically purged based uponthe following schedule:Daily – after 14 daysWeekly – after 30 daysMonthly – after 60 daysQuarterly – after 60 daysDashboardWith the click of a button, you can access global summaries in a variety of categories.Choose a Dashboard title to view the corresponding graph.

CONFERENCE SUMMARYThe Conference Summary dashboard shows customer activity, usage, charges andstatistics. A refresh date is provided in the top, right corner to let you know when the lastmonthly refresh occurred.Business Unit – The default selection of the Conference Summary page willinclude all business units, impacting the data populated in all four ConferenceSummary charts. However, you can filter the display to a single business unit byselecting from the drop-down box. Valid business units include:- APAC (Asia Pacific)- EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa)- NA (North America, including Canada, U.S. and Latin America)Customer Activity – You can decide what denotes an active company, accountand owner by selecting the number of months when usage was generated. If you

change your selection by clicking one of the radio buttons, your chart willautomatically refresh with updated totals. A flat file for active, inactive and totalscan be opened by clicking the links for those row headings. You can then downloadthe flat file by selecting Document in the upper, left corner. The Save to mycomputer as option will provide a list of file types available for download.Customer Statistics – View the amount of new, disabled or terminated companies,accounts and owners for the time period of your choice. Select from YTD, LastMonth, Last 3 Months or Last 13 Months. Each selection will provide both the timeperiod and previous time period of the same length. A flat file for filtered chartresults can be opened by clicking Chart Details. You can then download the flatfile by selecting Document in the upper, left corner. The Save to my computer asoption will provide a list of file types available for download.Minutes Usage – View the total combined audio and web minute usage for thetime period of your choice. To change the time period, choose one of the following:- Last 3 Months- Quarter over Quarter (current and previous year)- Year over Year (by month, current and previous yearProduct Charge – See the charges for audio, audio features, web and other for thetime period of your choice.o Last 3 Monthso Last 4 Quarterso Last 13 MonthsThe currency can be changed by selecting one of the following:- USD (U.S. Dollar)- Euro- GBP (Pound Sterling)USAGE ANALYSISThe Usage Analysis dashboard provides trending of usage for audio and webconferences, minutes, participants and charges. For each metric viewed, you areprovided with a 13 month rolling view. A refresh date is provided in the top, right cornerletting you know when the last monthly refresh occurred. A flat file for filtered chart resultscan be opened by clicking Chart Details. You can then download the flat file by selectingDocument in the upper, left corner. The Save to my computer as option will provide alist of file types available for download.

Conferences – When Conferences is selected, you will be supplied with anadditional drop-down with the following available options:-Less than or equal to 3, 5, 10, 25 or 50 participantsMore than or equal to 100, 150, 250, 500 or 1,000 participantsLess than or equal to 10, 15, 20, 30 or 60 minutesMore than or equal to 3, 5, 10, 12 or 24 hoursYou can also filter the conferences by business unit of APAC, EMEA or NA.Participants – When Participants is selected, you will be supplied with anadditional drop-down with the following product options:-AudioAudio FeaturesMiscWebYou can also filter the conferences by business unit of APAC, EMEA or NA.Minutes – When Minutes is selected, you will be supplied with an additional dropdown with the following product options:-AudioAudio FeaturesMiscWebYou can also filter the conferences by business unit of APAC, EMEA or NA.Charges – When Charges is selected, you will be supplied with an additional dropdown with the following product options:-AudioAudio FeaturesMiscWeb

In addition, you can also change the currency by selecting one of the following:- USD (U.S. Dollar)- Euro- GBP (Pound Sterling).You can also filter the conferences by business unit of APAC, EMEA or NA.INTERNATIONAL USAGEThe International Usage dashboard provides a bar graph of all audio usage with the abilityto view specific country usage, international type and charges in multiple currencies. Youare provided with a 13 month rolling view. A refresh date is provided in the top, rightcorner letting you know when the last monthly refresh occurred. A flat file for filtered chartresults can be opened by clicking Chart Details. You can then download the flat file byselecting Document in the upper, left corner. The Save to my computer as option willprovide a list of file types available for download.The following filter options are available for each of the six International Usage categoryicons:Business Unit – Choose All, APAC, EMEA or NA.Country – Select all countries or individual countries within a selected businessunit.

GNA/Non-GNA – Choose GNA (Global Network Access), Non-GNA or both typesof usage.Access Type – Select All, International Dial-Out, International Local, InternationalMisc., International Toll or International Toll-Free.You may also choose the category of Conferences, Participants, Minutes or Charges(USD, Euro, or GBP) by clicking the corresponding icon.INVOICE TRENDThe Invoice Trend dashboard provides a line graph of invoice trends over a one yearperiod. A year over year bar graph is also available. You are provided with a 13 monthrolling view. A refresh date is provided in the top, right corner letting you know when thelast monthly refresh occurred. A flat file for filtered chart results can be opened by clickingChart Details. You can then download the flat file by selecting Document in the upper,left corner. The Save to my computer as option will provide a list of file types availablefor download.The following filter options are available for the Invoice Trend dashboard:Business Unit – Choose All, APAC, EMEA or NA.Period – Select Last 13 Months or Year over Year Comparison. When Year overYear Comparison is selected, each year’s bar in the graph is displayed in adifferent color. In addition, a sliding bar at the bottom of the graph allows you tonarrow the view to only display months of your choice. You can adjust the displayby clicking and dragging the square at either end of the sliding bar. Remove the barfor a specific year by deselecting the checkbox in front of the corresponding yearon the graph.
