What we didGetting data into Dayforce Created a pay group for contractors not paid by BMC Used a new hire import to get new temps into Dayforce Data refreshed several times a day Use manager import to ensure managers up to date Track all time and termination information in Dayforce This helps managers only need to learn one system

Getting data to the vendorTime data back to agency Worked with professional services to send punch feed directly to vendor so thattime could be sent directly from Dayforce Sent weekly to vendor Terminations also sent to vendor Sent weekly to vendor

Converting temps to permanent employees Created new HTML form that moves tempsto a paid pay group This allows them to keep their employee IDas well as network credentials This also allows for the form to go throughworkflow keeping complaint to internalcontrols on new hires
