David E. Wojczynski joined the company in 2010 and is currently Executive VicePresident–Healthcare. Todd Skinner joined the international executive team in 2014 charged with acceleratinggrowth and expansion within the Canadian market. Before joining TransUnion, hewas with First Canadian Title where he served as President of the company’s DefaultSolutions division. Prior to TransUnion, from 2001to 2002, he was Chief Operating Officer of TrueLink, Inc. which was acquired byTransUnion. Danaher joined TrueLink, Inc. from Citibank, where he held several roles,including Vice President of E-Commerce where he was responsible for planning andexecuting Citibank’s e-commerce strategy for home equity loan products. He alsoserved in a variety of leadership roles in operations and technology.Greg Pierson is CEO and co-founder of iovation which focuses on building world class,device-based reputation systems to prevent digital fraud and improve consumers’ onlineexperiences. He’s servedas Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since August 2017. Prior to hiscurrent role, he was Senior Vice President and International CFO from August 2015to August 2017, overseeing financial operations for the International segment. FromJanuary 2009 to August 2015, Cello served as Vice President, Financial Planningand Analysis, overseeing the enterprise financial planning and analysis function, andplaying a lead role in the two leveraged buyouts of TransUnion in 2010 and 2012, andthe initial public offering of TransUnion in 2015. Previously, he was Vice President andUS Information Services CFO from October 2005 to December 2008, overseeingfinancial operations of the USIS segment. Cello also serves on the board ofKaleidoscope, a Chicago-based, non-profit child welfare agency.
