Over the last five years, he has overseen morethan 3.7 billion in transactions, including more than 2.2 billion in multifamily assets— 1.2 billionof which he personally sourced and closed.Prior to founding Caldera, Mike served as a senior executive with such renowned financial institutionsas Dividend Capital Total Realty Trust, a private REIT based in Denver, as well as United Dominion,URDANG/ Bank of NY Mellon and Lend Lease. He was also a founding partner of ApartmentRealty Advisors.Mike earned his B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He became a certified public accountant(CPA) in 1992 while working for KPMG Atlanta.Pamela KosterPartnerMoran & CompanyPamela is a partner in Moran and Company’s Denver office and is responsible for managingmarketing assignments and client relationships in the Mountain States region. In 1990, she joinedMoran and Company’s California office as an analyst and assisted with debt and equity restructureson over 5,000 apartments. She helped start the company’s brokerage business in 1995.In 2000, Pamela opened the Denver office and, to date, has sold more than 1 billion worth ofproperties in her office alone. Prior to joining Moran and Company, she worked at JMB Realty(Heitman), where she was in corporate accounting for various multifamily funds.Pamela holds an M.B.A. from Loyola Marymount University, and a B.A. from Loyola Universityof Chicago.Tim MartinGVP, U.S. Housing & Capital MarketsTransUnionTim is responsible for national sales of risk management data, products and services for TransUnioncustomers (including rental and employment screeners), mortgage originators and servicers andcapital markets investors.Prior to joining TransUnion, Tim was president and COO of HSBC Auto Finance, a 13 billion,auto-lending business. In this position, he had direct profit and loss responsibility for all strategy,business development, sales, marketing, risk management, underwriting, customer service andcollections.Before joining HSBC, Tim was a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton from 1998 to 2003.From 1992 to 1996, he was a senior marketing analyst with American Airlines.Tim earned his B.S. in management, and Phi Beta Kappa honors, from Purdue University.He earned his M.B.A. and the Henry Ford II Scholar Award for the highest, first-year academicperformance from the University of Michigan Business School.

Steve SassamanEVP, Financial ServicesTransUnionSteve has been an EVP at TransUnion since 2004. He is currently charged with strategically managingthe growth of TransUnion Financial Services as well as the company’s data reseller, collections,property management and screening, capital markets and business data segments.Since joining TransUnion in 1996, Steve has held progressive leadership roles in business development,IT operations and strategic alliances. He helped pioneer the adoption and growth of credit-basedsolutions into emerging verticals such as insurance, communications, capital markets and the for-profiteducation space. He is currently on the board of directors for VantageScore and L2C Inc. and is onthe management committee for Adchemy. He oversees the development and production of originalresearch on commercial/multifamily real estate markets.Additionally, Jamie is responsible for special MBA projects including the Council to Shape Change andthe Council on Ensuring Mortgage Liquidity. The latter is a collection of 23 industry leaders tasked withlooking beyond the current mortgage crisis to what a functioning secondary mortgage market should like.Jamie came to the Mortgage Bankers Association from Fannie Mae’s multifamily group.
