1 INTRODUCTIONThis Employee Handbook will acquaint you with Security Industry Specialists, Inc. (“SIS”) as a company anddescribe some of our personnel policies, practices, and employee benefits. Should you have any questions regardingSIS policies, practices, or benefits after reviewing this Handbook, please contact the SIS Human ResourcesDepartment at 800-201-3742.This Handbook is intended only as a helpful guide and reference to you during your employment with SIS. As such,it sets forth only general guidelines. It is not an agreement or contract of employment, express or implied, or apromise of treatment in any particular manner in any given situation. SIS may, at any time and in its sole discretion,amend, change, discontinue, add, or vary from anything stated in this Handbook, except for the rights of the partiesto terminate employment at will.Your employment with SIS is a voluntary one and subject to termination by you or SIS at will, with or withoutcause, and with or without notice, at any time.
