It isimportant that you review the information carefully and contact NatWest on 0345 302 0190 or RBSon 0345 721 2600 immediately if there are any discrepancies. Staff will be reminded of this eachtime they download a mortgage offerThe Certificate of Title submission form is found within the case. You can search for a case bypostcode, client name, LMS reference number or lender reference.
The Certificate of Title will be prepopulated with transaction data and your details. Some fieldscannot be edited. Please check the form carefully before submission. If the transaction data needsamending please call NatWest on 0345 302 0190 or RBS on 0345 721 2600 and if your data needsamending please ask the Panel Membership Manager/COLP/COFA to contact lender panels atlender.panels@lms.comMandatory questions are marked with * and must be completed before submission. Errors aredisplayed at the top of the form
