For the purpose of charging penalty, non-availability ofcurrency of all denominations that is all cassettes getting empty (forreason not attributable to the Bank) shall be treated as cash out.There will be no exclusions (other than standard exclusions) in thisregard.46444.384.38.247444.39. Non Payment for 4.39.1Zero Cash WithdrawalhitsThe non-maintenance of cleanliness at ATM room and Site upkeeprelated issues, E surveillance system related , will be taken up withthe Vendor by the Bank by e- mail. Despite bringing it to the noticeof the vendor if the general maintenance of the site remains poorand there is no improvement after three such occasions despitebringing it to the notice of the vendor in writing , per day penalty ofRs. 500/- per Atm for non maintenance of the site will be charged.Vendor shall be charged penalty @ Rs.300/ per day (from 4th day)for not providing CCTV footage within 3 days (from the date ofrequest by the bank for providing specific ATM CCTV camerafootages ) or actual compensation paid to the customer/s ,whichever is higher.In the event of any CD registering Zero Cash withdrawal hits for 20days (need not be on continuous basis) in a month, the Bank shallnot release the payment due for that CD for that month. A day forthis purpose will be reckoned as midnight to midnight starting at 0.0hrs.We request Bank to reduce penalty for non-maintenance No change in RFP termsof cleanliness to 100 Rs per day.Furthermore, we request Bank to increase the time from3 days to 4 days as footages need to be retrieved fromfield and sent to Ban
