The product is a rockfall protectionsystem with an energy absorbing capacity of 5000 kJ. The tested and certified nominal height is 6.0 – 7.0 m.Functional efficiency of the systemThe functional efficiency of the system is based on one-to-one rockfall tests, carried out and tested in accordancewith the guideline for approval of rockfall protection kits EAD 340059-00-106 (former ETAG 027). With thesuccessful test and by fulfilling the ETAG requirements of factory production control, this system was CE marked.For the evaluation of the product conformity, an independent test body was appointed. This product is officiallyapproved as a construction product in Europe.MaintenanceAfter installation acceptance, PFEIFER Seil- und Hebetechnik GmbH offers further assistance to guarantee safetylevel and the functional efficiency of the system. With regard to this, a correct monitoring and a professionalmaintenance are very important.
