About the programA wiring harness is an organized set of wires, terminals, and connectors that run through the entire vehicle, and relayinformation, and electric power, thereby playing a critical role in “connecting” a variety of components. Laying out thewiring harness physically into the vehicle without prior knowledge of the positions of each component will betime-consuming. Therefore we use wiring boards and in the recent past virtual environments in the CAD software tounderstand where modifications can be made, allowing the design to be finalized for creating the wiring harness makingit very productive and economical in the automotive industry.You will learn wiring harness discipline in the CATIA software.At the end of this course, you will understand the CATIA electrical harness discipline.
