Form 1 - Arrow HartBrunswick, NaineThere was no Form 1 enclosed for Arrow Hart with those documentssubmitted to Cooper from the EPA. However, there was a TransactionalDocumentation Summary included with those documents (please refer tothe attached Generator Summary for Cooper Industries, Arrow HartDiv.).The Arrow Hart facility in Brunswick, Maine has confirmed two of thefour shipments listed on the Generator Summary (June 6, 1989 for 565gallons; March 30, 1990 for 350 gallons). Arrow Hart has no recordsto confirm the June 6, 1989 shipment of 55 gallons, nor the January18, 1990 shipment of 55 gallons. Please refer to the attached Form 1for Arrow Hart, Brunswick, Maine. Form 1 - Arrow HartBrunswick, MaineThere was no Form 1 enclosed for Arrow Hart with those documentssubmitted to Cooper from the EPA. However, there was a TransactionalDocumentation Summary included with those documents (please refer tothe attached Generator Summary for Cooper Industries, Arrow HartDiv.).The Arrow Hart facility in Brunswick, Maine has confirmed two of thefour shipments listed on the Generator Summary (June 6, 1989 for 565gallons; March 30, 1990 for 350 gallons). Arrow Hart has no recordsto confirm the June 6, 1989 shipment of 55 gallons, nor the January18, 1990 shipment of 55 gallons. Please refer to the attached Form 1for Arrow Hart, Brunswick, Maine.
