Students will be allowed to send 3 or 4 questions to the instructor, who will make a video featuring all the requested answers.Terms:Cancellations:If the instructor were to cancel a lesson for any reason, the session will be rescheduled. If the lesson is not rescheduled, it will be credited towards other course ormoney will be refunded.Cancellations must be made at least 48-hours in advance before the courses start. Payment from the lesson will then be credited towards the following month. Ifthe cancellation occurs past the 48- hour deadline, then you will not be credited or refunded. Emergencies are the only exception (please see below). Emergencies include sickness, family emergencies, and death in the family.Extracurricular activities, events, games, tournaments, clubs or any form of testing will not be counted as emergencies.Regardless of the circumstances, all students/parents must communicate to the instructor if unable to attend the lesson.Rescheduling:Lessons may be rescheduled if notified 1 week or more in advance; however, this not a guarantee. Cancellation of a lesson does not guarantee a make-up lesson.If a student is late to a lesson, make-up time will not be given.Student dismissal:We reserve the right to dismiss a student if any of the above policies is violated and will handle these issues on a case-by-case basis.
