These medicationscan then be e-prescribed,faxed, or printed througheClinicalWorks.

Core Measure 2y Generate and transmitpermissible prescriptionselectronically (eRx){More than 40% of all permissibleprescriptions written by the EPare transmitted electronicallyy eClinicalWorks is a SurescriptsSolutions Provider, certified forsubmitting all availabletransaction types available forfully informed e-prescribing. Thisincludes the ability to obtaineligibility, benefits and formularyinformation; access to aggregatedmedication history data availablefor the patient; submitting eprescriptions and electronicrefills to retail and mail-orderpharmacies.

Core Measure 6y Provide clinical summariesfor patient for each officevisit.{Clinical summaries providedto patients for more than50% of all office visits withinthree business daysy eClinicalWorks will providethe clinical summary basedon CCD/CCR format. Thisinformation can easily begenerated for print, or sentto the Patient Portal at theconclusion of the visit.

All meaningful use vitals, vitalgraphs and growth charts are standardwithin the application. Each element(vital sign) is captured in a structuredmanner and the BMI is calculatedautomatically based upon the patient'sheight and weight.

The EMR alsoprovides the option to importa CCD or CCR file with aneasily readable view.
