That’s why we’ve built oursolutions to guarantee enterprise-class security, privacy,and reliability—more than one million licenses at 11,000companies trust and rely on Conga for their documents,contracts, and eSignature.Our dedicated in-house security and privacy team enablesConga customers to meet a multitude of compliance, dataprotection, and regulatory obligations from around theglobe. Conga’s trust and assurance activities include: Conga certifies to the U.S. Department of Commercethat it adheres to the EU-US and Swiss-US PrivacyShield Frameworks. Conga’s current certification isavailable here. Data Processing Addendums or Agreements, includingthe Standard Contractual Clauses as approved bythe European Commission, and incorporating stringentrequirements of Article 28 of the EU General DataProtection Regulation 2016/679.
