Bridge country callback** - Allows participants in the bridge country to join aCisco Webex meeting by having the meeting call them at the number theyspecify once they’ve joined over the web. Global toll-free call-in - Toll-free call-in numbers are provided for participantsin covered countries to join a Cisco Webex meeting. Global toll call-in - Local toll call-in numbers are provided for participants incovered countries to join a Cisco Webex meeting. Refer to the “Important Information Regarding Audio Services”section of the Cisco Webex Audio Offering data sheet for more details.Each of the above services can be included in or excluded from the order andsubsequent site provisioning. All included services will be made available to allsite Knowledge Workers by default, and Knowledge Worker-level entitlementscan be selectively modified using site administration tools.You will be required to choose one of the following billing models with yourorder: Uncommitted billing - Invoiced monthly in arrears, based on actual usageover the billing period. Per-use fees are subject to change. The subscriberwill be charged at the applicable rate in effect at the time the service is used. Committed billing - Invoiced monthly in advance for the duration of the audioservice subscription term, based on a monthly committed dollar amount(minimum of 226 per month). Usage in excess of committed amounts isinvoiced monthly in arrears at the discounted rate. Add-on featureCisco WebexFedRAMP CloudConnected AudioService Provider(CCA SP) withDedicated PortsFixed User Ratio(FedRAMP CCA SPintegration)*BenefitThe Cisco Webex FedRAMP Cloud Connected Audio Service Provider (CCASP) with Dedicated Ports Fixed User Ratio architecture offer allows a certifiedCCA SP partner to enable CCA audio, per a fixed dedicated port ratio, on aCisco Webex FedRAMP site. Any audio usage on the Cisco Webex FedRAMPsite is counted toward peak port usage against the CCA SP port subscription forthe specific customer’s dedicated ports.Subscription ly one Cisco Webex Audio service can be purchased as an add-on to your subscription.License modelsWhen you place your order, you will designate how you want to consume and be billed for your use of the cloudservices. If you exceed the capacity limits associated with your subscription, you will be obligated to pay your Ciscocertified partner (or Cisco if purchasing direct from Cisco) for such excess use. You may choose from the followinglicense models: named user, active user, and employee count. Each license model is described in more detail inthis data sheet.Named userA “named user” is an employee given access to the cloud services. Each named user receives a unique accountthat may not be shared or used by anyone other than the designated employee. A named user’s account may notbe transferred to another person, except upon: (a) termination of the named user’s employment or (b) Cisco’s priorwritten approval. Your payment obligation and your right to use the cloud services is based on the number ofnamed users in your order, regardless of usage. You are solely responsible for the acts and omissions of, or anyfees incurred by, your employees.Active userYour payment obligation is based on the number of Knowledge Workers that access the cloud services and thathost at least one Meeting (“active users”). “Knowledge workers” means your employees and contractors who usecomputing or communications devices capable of running the cloud services as part of their job duties performedon your behalf. Your knowledge worker count also includes the employees of any affiliate that is included in yourorder. Your knowledge workers receive unique accounts that may not be shared or used by anyone other than thedesignated knowledge Worker. A knowledge worker’s account may not be transferred to another person, exceptupon: (a) termination of the knowledge worker’s employment or (b) Cisco’s prior written approval. A “meeting” is ameeting launched: (a) in Webex Meetings or Webex Teams; or (b) by phone using a Webex personal roomregardless of whether Webex Meetings or Webex Teams is launched. An unscheduled meeting launched from aWebex Teams one-on-one space will not count as a meeting.Minimum purchaseYour order must reflect the greater of the following: (a) 100 knowledge workers; or (b) 15 percent of yourknowledge workers.GrowthYou may access the cloud services by up to 120 percent of the knowledge workers identified in your order (“growthallowance”) without incurring additional fees. If, at any time, the number of your provisioned knowledge workersexceeds your growth allowance, you must pay for the additional knowledge workers. 2018 Cisco and/or its affiliates. True forwardA “true forward” is the process to determine the fees due for average active users that exceed the knowledgeworkers in your order. “Average active users” means the average number of active users per month in months nine(9), ten (10), and eleven (11) of your current subscription year. If a true forward is required, your approved sourcewill generate a bill for the number of average active users in excess of your growth allowance. Under the activeuser subscription, the true forward is assessed in the billing year after you exceed the active users in your order. Ifyou are assessed a true forward one year and you no longer exceed the knowledge workers in your order, you willnot be assessed a true forward the following year. You may not decrease the knowledge workers in your order atany point during your subscription.Employee countYou are obligated to purchase a subscription for enterprise-wide use by all of your knowledge workers.Minimum purchase quantityYour order must reflect the greater of the following: (a) your enterprise-wide knowledge worker count; or b) 100knowledge workers.GrowthYou may access the cloud services by up to 120 percent of the knowledge workers identified in your order (“growthallowance”) without incurring additional fees. If, at any time, your provisioned knowledge workers exceeds yourgrowth allowance, you will be obligated to pay for such excess use. An “extraordinary event” is a one-time event,such as a merger or acquisition, that results in an increase in your provisioned knowledge workers in excess ofyour growth allowance. If an extraordinary event occurs, you will be obligated to modify your order to reflect thenew enterprise-wide knowledge worker count after the extraordinary event.Technical support servicesCisco offers technical support services covering the areas of problem resolution, customer success and adoption,and designated support management in three service tiers: Basic, Enhanced, and Premium. Basic support isincluded at no additional cost for the duration of your subscription. Entry-level Webex serviceIf you elect not to renew your subscription, your Webex account will be converted to an entry-level cloud service.The free cloud service has fewer features and differing usage limits than the paid cloud service. Cisco may at anytime change those features and limits at our discretion and without notice.
