Your wholesale cost is half orslightly less than half of the prices listed in the RadaCutlery catalog. Therefore your Home Party profiton selling an item outright at the catalog prices isslightly more than 50%. For example, our numberone selling knife is the R101 Regular Paring whichyou purchase for 2.58 and sell for 5.20 for a profitof 50.4%.As you will see on the next page, your HomeParty profit percentage is reduced by the cost of thefree items provided to the Host.Your Profit Quick Facts You purchase products at wholesale prices whichis about half of the price in the Rada Cutlerycatalog. Your Host receives free and discountedmerchandise based on the amount of RegularPrice Sales at the party. Guests can qualify forhalf-price items depending on their regular pricepurchases. Your profit is approximately 38% to 44% forthe Host and Guest orders (not including Guesthalf price items where you break even whileproviding the Guest an incentive to place a largerorder with you). Co. utilizing any channel available tothem with three simple guidelines.First, it must be apparent to all that yourbusiness and Rada Mfg. Co. are separateentities. You must not imply a uniquerelationship with Rada Mfg. Co. by usinglanguage such as representative, exclusive,division, wholesaler, distributor, authorized,and other similar words. The relationshipwith Rada Mfg. Co. is one of a resellerand be simply clarified as follows: “Yourbusiness” — Reseller of Rada Cutlery .Second, promotional materials aredesigned and distributed by Rada Mfg.
