To return to the original caller,press the PFK indicating the call being held. Allworx Server Administrator configures PFKs. Feature Description ³ visual appearance of ACD Service calls in ACD queues. Users start and closesix³ in ACD queues with this PFK. By starting sesià ³ n, the user can receive and answer calls from ACD queues. Agents that have initiated six³ cannot temporarily stop ACD calls from being routed to them by pressing the PFK. To make the call in à ⠜Privaciaà â MAKE PLACED, press twice quickly the HOLD button quickly. The telephone has a one Green and red alternative LED. All other phones in the appearance of shared calls have a solid red LED for the shared call appearance line.
