to the drawings that were attached to the State-BNSF access agreement. As noted on the first pageof the BNSF access agreement, the drawings are subject to modification by agreement of theparties. I asked our engineers to prepare the attached memo that outlines the changes andconfirms that there are not changes to the remaining drawings; there are not substantive changes tothe work that is planned for the BNSF premises.
