Dell SonicWALL servicetransfersThe following service and licensesubscriptions will be transferred fromthe Eligible Dell SonicWALL Product tothe corresponding ReplacementProduct pursuant to Secure UpgradePlus: Comprehensive Gateway SecuritySuite (CGSS) Anti-Virus Services (all versions) Licenses for VPN Client Other applicable Service and Supportlicenses– Dynamic Support 24x7 for SSL VPN– Email Protection with DynamicSupport for Email Security4Term subscription licenses will betransferred and continue on theReplacement Product for the remainingterm. Purchased service and supportlicenses will be transferred for theremaining term of such service.Outstanding warranty or firmwareupgrade terms (including but notlimited to “free firmware for life”) arenot transferable.The Owner must identify an EligibleDell SonicWALL Product before theOwner can register the ReplacementProduct. Once the ReplacementProduct has been registered, the usermust transfer services from the EligibleDell SonicWALL Product to theReplacement Product within sixty (60)days. The Eligible Dell SonicWALLProduct will be removed from www.MySonicWALL.com at the time that theservices are transferred to theReplacement Product. If the servicesare not transferred within sixty (60)days Dell SonicWALL will automaticallytransfer such services after such timeperiod. The Eligible Dell SonicWALLProduct will be deactivated and maynot be re-registered, updated,supported, returned or upgraded.The subscription services included withthe applicable Replacement ProductSKU purchased will be activated at thetime of registration.
