NOTICEThe Clerk’s Instructions provides a single source of information to bankruptcy practitioners inthe Middle District of Georgia, combining both the former Clerk’s Instructions and the BankruptcyReference Manual. I.BANKRUPTCY COURT AT A GLANCEBusiness Hours of the CourtThe public business hours of the Office of the Clerk are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST, all days except Saturday,Sunday and federal holidays. Registered users of the CM/ECF system have access to file and view documents 24hours per day, 7 days a week.
