Prerequisites for using theMobile Banking App:A You have a modern mobile device such as asmartphone or tablet with operating system:– at least current iOS version-1– at least current Android OS version-3Downloadthe appB An internet connection (4G/Wifi) on yourmobile deviceC You have completed the form “Agreement for theuse of E-Services” and your mobile phone numberis registered with the Bank.D You already have a user ID and password forE-Services (received via letter).E You have received your activation code fromthe Bank (by separate letter).4E-Services Mobile Banking App1. Download the MobileBanking App by scanningthe QR code on the left.

2. Tap on the notification.3. Tap the “GET” button todownload the app.4. The Mobile Banking App“E-Services” will now appearon your screen.E-Services Mobile Banking App5

Set upthe app5. Tap “Allow” to enablenotifications (required forusing the digital token).6E-Services Mobile Banking App6. Select the relevant branch 7. Tap “Login” to accessoption and tap “Save”.the app.

Activatethe app andPushTAN8. Enter here your user IDand password.Tap “Next” button.The password is the samepassword you use to log intodesktop E-Banking.9. Define a name for yourdevice that is easilyidentifiable to you.10. Enter the activation codeyou received in the letterfrom the Bank here.Device names are handy, especially when you plan to accessyour bank data on multiple devices(smartphone, tablet, etc.).You should have received thisactivation code via letter,SMS or from your RelationshipManager.E-Services Mobile Banking App7

Define a PINand enablebiometric ID11.Define a PIN code(6 digits).Your personal identification number (PIN)secures the app and makes it inaccessibleto others.8E-Services Mobile Banking App12.Re-enter the PINas confirmation.
