When building the catalog it will flag if there is a course change or number of creditchanges in the course, or if a course no longer exists. When the catalog is built, courses will have to be inputted first.Core Program Requirement are Campus Specific. In terms of the catalog, how will it be listed regarding major requirements thatwill be offered at only one campus? Who offers the BIO 110 as students need to know which campuses it will be offered. In terms ofthe catalog will we have to show which campus will be offering select classes for specific major requirement. Need to make certainthat students don’t make assumption that they can take their general education requirement at any campus.A.A versus A.S Degree: What is the technical difference between the A.A Degree and an A.S Degree: There is not a cleardifference between the two at the BOR level. There is no clear delineation. We seem to be going with what programs have alreadybeen established. At this time it is not really clear.Scientific Reasoning vs Scientific Knowledge: Waiting on FIRC to determine which competency will be the laboratory sciencecourse (4 credits). Revisions may need to be made to programs later on.Feedback Question: Should the feedback recommendation become part of the meeting minutes and should they be shared withcampuses. Suggestion made to create a Q and A sections since some of the feedback pertains to BOR policy. Create a document thatAPRC members can use to reference when questions are asked –especially with CCS 101 course. How can we report out thefeedback to campuses?Meeting AdjournedMotion TextMeeting Adjourned: 3:16 PM
