Please visitwww.ascls-il.org to view, download,and print handoutsto sessions you plan to attend.RegistrationInstructionsFull Registration (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday): Fees include admission to student bowl, exhibits, general sessions, refreshment and lunch breaks on Thursday and Friday. It is important to indicatewhich sessions you will be attending to ensure adequate seating. Be advised that under-subscribed sessions may be cancelled. Room assignments and locations for sessions will be available at the meetingregistration desk.Daily Registration: If you are interested in a one day only registration, you must indicate which day onthe registration form. Daily Registration does include admission to refreshments and lunch breaks andto social events.Student Registration: ASCLS Student members may register for the full meeting (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) at the student-member price. If you are interested in a one day only registration, youmust select the day on the registration form. Non-member students who are enrolled full-time in amedical laboratory program may register at the non-member student price OR join as a student member and pay the student member price. ( 30 overall savings).Institutional Pass: Passes may be purchased to enable several employees from one institution to attendselected seminars during the meeting without each person needing to register. A list of individuals whowill be using the Institutional Pass and sessions they will be attending must accompany the registration. Please provide the name of a contact individual for questions concerning the registration. Institutional Passes do not include lunch. Limit: 2 individuals per session.Late Registration: Registration Forms with payment must be postmarked by March 19, 2014 toreceive the regular rate.
