Products for sale mustbe the exhibitors’ own unalteredproducts, and the products orservices must be pertinent to theattendees’ professional interest.The Cardiovascular ResearchFoundation reserves the right torestrict sales activities that it deemsinappropriate or unprofessional.Exhibitors must comply with allsales tax requirements. Allmatters and questions not coveredby these terms and conditions areat the discretion of CardiovascularResearch Foundation management.These terms and conditionsmay be amended at any timeby the Cardiovascular ResearchFoundation and all amendments,upon publication, shall beequally binding on all partiesaffected by them as the originalregulations. All rules andregulations will be enforced withoutexception. Whenever possible,the Cardiovascular ResearchFoundation will issue a warningand ask the exhibitor to correct theviolation.In the event that the TotalOcclusion and Left Main Summitis abbreviated or canceledbecause of circumstances beyondthe Cardiovascular ResearchFoundation’s control, including, butnot limited to, civil disturbance,earthquake, electrical outage,explosion, fire, freight embargo,strike or labor unrest, flood,hurricane, tornado, or other acts ofGod, an act of war, terrorism, or theact of any government (de facto orde jure) or any government agencyor official, the CardiovascularResearch Foundation reservesthe right, in the CardiovascularResearch Foundation’s solediscretion, to unilaterallyterminate the agreement betweenthe Cardiovascular ResearchFoundation and the exhibitorthat is entered into, and/or thelicense that is granted by virtue ofthe submission of this ExhibitorProspectus and its acceptanceby the Cardiovascular ResearchFoundation. In these circumstances,the exhibitor expressly agrees towaive any claim the exhibitor mayhave against the CardiovascularResearch Foundation, including, butnot limited to, those for fees paidby or on behalf of the exhibitor forexhibit space, registration, supportopportunities, food and beverage,audiovisual services, signage,housing, and travel.7
