Welcome to the NYU Stern CommunityDuring these unprecedented times, we at the NYU Stern School of Business extend our thoughts and wishes forhealth, safety and wellness to all of those impacted by the events of the past few months. Throughout the recentchallenges, our two-year Full-time MBA students drew upon their intellectual strength and emotional intelligenceto demonstrate resilience and empathy for one another, and all of the Stern community, as we collectivelynavigated an unexpected and changed world.Last November, when Stern introduced our new School brand focused on embracing change, we could not haveanticipated how immediately and deeply our students would experience this call to action during the springand summer of 2020. Our partnership with employers and alumni was key to student success as we deepenedexisting connections and created new opportunities. These relationships resulted in all first-year students whowere seeking a summer internship securing one and a large percentage of our graduating second-year studentsfinding full-time roles. We are extremely proud of all our students achieved during this year, and we are happy to share our 2020NYU Stern School of Business Employment Report. The dedication, drive and collaboration of the entire Sterncommunity led to strong employment outcomes as well as expanded student experiences. The year ahead continues to include uncertainty, but we are certain of Stern students’ ability to embrace changeand build the skills that will set them apart as future leaders. We thank you for your partnership and continuedengagement.Regards,Beth BriggsAssociate DeanCareer ServicesCHANGE. EMBRACE IT.Office of Career DevelopmentMBA Employment Report 2020-20212

Aggregate Three-Year Employment Outcomes for Students withNon-US Work AuthorizationInternational students are a vitally important part of the Full-time MBA student body at NYU Stern. With their diverseskills and ability to traverse continents and cultures, our international graduates have excelled across industries andfunctions, and have enhanced Stern’s reputation around the world. While many international students secure employmentin the United States each year, there are others who obtain roles outside of the United States. This is often part ofa deliberate recruiting strategy—either because they are prioritizing international recruiting, or because overseasopportunities represent a valuable alternative to the visa sponsorship process in the U.S. market.Geographical %7.5%1.5%1.2%3.8%Regions of Summer Internship EmploymentRegions of Full-Time Employment13.3% Asia7.5% Europe4.0% Latin Americaand Caribbean2.7%1.3%45.8%25.4%9.2% Asia6.5% Europe3.8% Latin Americaand CaribbeanMiddle EastCanadaNew YorkUS - Other1.2%1.5%51.3%26.4%Middle EastCanadaNew YorkUS - OtherTop 3 Industries and Functions in kingCorporateFinanceProductManagementOffice of Career Development9.3%KeyFull-Time8.0%Summer InternshipMBA Employment Report 2020-202112
