The applicant must take due care while filling up the form (online). In case if the number of registered candidates at any of the examination centres is less than 100 (OneHundred), then in such case the registered candidates will be allotted the nearest centre.3. There is no provision of revaluation/scrutiny.4. Only such RTI applications shall be entertained which are received within 60 days from the declaration offinal result.5. Each candidate will also have to mention his / her Sub-Category along with his / her overall category i.e. UR,SC, ST, OBC and EWS.6. To give the benefit to students who have passed the eligibility examination in the current year 2020-21 adeduction of 5% marks would be made for every gap year from the total obtained marks i.e. Written andG.D.P.I. separately. The maximum deduction would be 15%.7. Every candidate will have to declare any disciplinary action/police action against him/her.8. The Registration Fees for General, OBC and EWS Category is Rs. 1600/- and SC/ST/PH is Rs. 800/-.9. Students appearing in the final year examination of theundergraduate class are also be permitted to apply, subject to the condition that they furnish their finalgraduation pass result not later than the date of admission.2.NO. OF SEATSAfter implementation of reservation for Economically Weaker Section (EWS) total 57 seats in MONIRBAand 57 seats in GBPSSI are available. (the seats may be change as per HRD recommendations)3.RESERVATION AND SPECIAL CONSIDERATION / QUOTA:A.In accordance with provision of Section 9 of the University of Allahabad Act, 2005 (Act No. 26 of 2005)seats shall be reserved for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Other Backward Classes (OBC)category candidates in all subjects / course for which the Admission Test has been held, as given hereunder: 15% of the total seats in each subject / course shall be reserved for candidates belonging toScheduled Caste (SC) category; 7.5% of the total seats in each subject / course shall be reserved for candidates belonging toScheduled Tribe (ST) category; and 27% of the total seats in each subject / course shall be reserved for candidates belonging to OtherBackward Caste (OBC) category. In case the seats reserved for Scheduled Tribe (ST) category candidates remain vacant on account ofnon-availability of candidates the same shall be filled by the candidates of Scheduled Caste (SC)candidates. 10% of the total seats shall be reserved for candidate belonging to EWS category. Reservation to EWScandidates shall be given by the University as per Govt. of India guidelines, the regulation/normsissued by the UGC and subject to any decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India or Hon'ble HighCourt of Allahabad, if any.Note: These rules are indicative and UGC Regulation on Reservation and directives of Ministry ofEducation as on the date of declaration of Results shall be followed.B.Kashmiri Migrants:Weightage as per Government of India guidelines shall be given to Kashmiri Migrants. In order to availthis weightage, the candidates shall have to present a certificate to this effect from an officer of theMinistry of Education not below the rank of Joint Secretary or equivalent.C.Foreign Nationals/NRI:Foreign Nationals shall be required to apply through International Students Advisor in accordance withthe procedure laid down by the University of Allahabad. The candidate in this case shall not be requiredto appear in the Admission Test / Entrance Test, but shall be considered for admission on therecommendation of a committee constituted for the purpose, which shall examine the academiccredentials and certificates of the candidate before making any recommendation.MBA & MBA-RD/ 2

Brochure (Information and Guidelines)UNIVERSITY OF ALLAHABADMBA & MBA (RD) ADMISSION 2021D.Helpdesk Email: helpdesk.aupravesh2021@gmail.comHelpdesk No.: 91-9453819323, 9453819324, 9455874513Person with Disability (Divyang):(i)As per section 32(1) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, all Government institutionsof higher education and other higher education institutions receiving aid from the Governmentshall reserve not less than five( 05) per cent seats for person with benchmark disabilities.Therefore 5% of total seats for this course will be available for person with disability who canpursue this course without any difficulty.(ii)A candidate who has a certified disability of not less than 40 % in any limb or inorthopaedic structure which, in the opinion of the Medical Board (constituted by the University ofAllahabad), amounts to an overall physical handicap of not more than 70% or is a certified Visuallyimpaired or a Hearing impaired, may be admitted to the concerned course / subject, irrespective ofhis position in the order of merit of the total aggregate score, on the recommendation of theMedical Board.(iii)Seats under this quota shall be filled in order of preference given below. One percent each shall bereserved for person with benchmark disability under clause (a), (b) and (c), and one percent withbenchmark disability under clauses (d) and (e) namely.a. Blindness and low vision.b. Deaf and hard of hearing.c. Locomotor disability including cerebral palsy, leprosy cured, dwarfism, acid attack victims andmuscular dystrophy.d. Autism, intellectual disability, specific learning disability and mental illness.e. Multiple disabilities from amongst person from clauses (a) to (d).E.(iv)The privilege shall not be given except claimed by the candidate at the time of application. At thetime of admission the candidate shall be required to produce a certificate issued by the ChiefMedical Officer of the appropriate District or by the Viklang Kendra, Allahabad, which testifies tohis disability and bears an attested photograph indicating his / her disability clearly.(v)All candidates entitled to be admitted under the above quota to a course shall be adjusted againsttheir respective social category.Teacher/Employee Spouse Quota:After the completion of admission on the sanctioned seats in each course of study, the wife, sons anddaughters of regularly appointed serving and retired teachers/employee of the University, the UniversityInstitutes, the constituents Colleges and constituents Institutes, who produce relevant certificate dulysigned by the Registrar in case of University, the Director in case of University Institutes, the Principal inthe case of constituent Colleges and the Director in case of constituent Institutes shall be admitted, onthe basis of their relative scores against 5% supernumerary seats (with a minimum of one seat) in eachcourse of study, only in the unit/sub-unit in which such Teachers/Employees are serving or where fromthey have superannuated.Provided that if in case seats remain vacant in a course in the unit/subunit, these will be filled by thewards of the employees of other units/subunits and wards of contractual and daily wage employees ofthe University, University Institutes, the Centers thereof and the independent Centers.Note-Teacher/Employee Ward benefit will be granted only when the candidate has made such a claim inthe Application Form and presents the required documents and certificates at the time of admission. Theorder of merit for admission shall be determined on the basis of computed marks of the candidate. No weightage shall be given for NCC/NSS. Final result shall be declared on the official website of University of Allahabadand displayed on the notice board of MONIRBA and GBPSSI.If the score of two or more candidates is identical in overall, Admission Test, Admission shall be granted on thefollowing basis : Score in the Written Test.Percentage of Marks scored in Graduate Examination, in case of score in written test is also identical,By drawing a lottery. If the marks in Graduate Examination are same.A student after being declared successful must deposit his/her fees with in stipulated time if a student doesnot collect his/her Intimation Card and deposit the fee by the required date he/she will not be admitted foradmission and the candidate next in merit will be given admission.TEST CENTRESThe test shall be held at Prayagraj, Kanpur, Lucknow, Gorakhpur, Varanasi Patna, Bhopal, New Delhi,Kolkata, Bangalore and Thiruvantpuram. The candidate shall have the option to appear from any one of thespecified centers. In case the number of applicants opting for a centre is less than 100, the University shall havethe right to cancel that centre and direct the candidates to appear in any nearest centre registered by them intheir application forms or as decided by the University. The Group Discussion/Personal Interview for the shortlisted candidates shall be conducted only at Prayagraj. The Candidates shall have to make their ownarrangements for travel and stay for appearing in the written and oral tests and shall not be entitled to anyTA/DA.How to Apply Online:i. The candidate has to opt the class in which he/she wishes toappear in the Entrance Examination.iii. Upon opening the website, buttons will be displayed for downloading the Brochure, and opening theOnline Application Form, for Printing Application form and for printing Admit Card. The candidates areadvised to read the instructions and click the button to agree and accept the conditions/instructions.Option for printing Admit Card shall be available only from the date given in the schedule for AdmissionTest.iv. The candidate is advised to read the downloaded Brochure before filling up the Application Form. Afterreading the Brochure carefully the candidate is advised to click the "Apply Online" button. Upon clickingthe "Apply Online" button the application form will be displayed on the screen. The candidate is requiredto fill up the form correctly and as per instructions mentioned in the Brochure. After ensuring that all the entries have been filled up by the candidate correctly. The candidate can submitthe form online by entering the correct image code displayed on the screen.Online Payment:a. The details of payment mode will be displayed then click PAY ONLINE.b. On clicking PAY ONLINE button the applicant will be connected to gateway forpayment.c. Then select payment option (Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking).d. Then fill the details as required and then submit the application form & get a printout of applicationform.viii. For printing the Admit Card the candidate shall be required to fill in the Application ID and Date of Birth.For the convenience of the online application Help Desk has been setup for the Online Form submissionand the phone numbers are 91-9453819323, 9453819324, and 9455874513.ix. The University may cancel the candidature of such applicants who furnish incomplete, wrong ordeliberate misinformation; or concealment of facts in Online Registration Form.x. The records will be disposed of after the said period and no enquiry shall beentertained in this regard by the University after the expiry of the said period. The University shall use thisdata for various purposes; hence, in no case shall any change be allowed at a later stage. Therefore, all theinformation must be furnished correctly, completely and clearly by the applicant himself/herself as per theinstructions given in the brochure/website www.aupravesh2021.comxi. The Evaluated OMR Answer Sheets/Online Answer Booklets will be preserved only for a period of sixmonths after the declaration of results of Entrance/Admission Test.
