Shopping Matters is an interactive, guidedgrocery store tour that teaches adults to makereal changes to their food shopping habits byhelping families learn how to make healthy foodchoices on a limited budget.

Shopping Matters CurriculaWe offer two curricula:Shopping Matters for Adultsteaches low-income adultsbasic nutrition and foodshopping skills that help themmake the most of a limited foodbudget.Shopping Matters for WICParents teaches similar skills ina hands-on environment, butfocuses specifically on foods inthe WIC package.19
