All of Kumkang transformers have a safe andconcentric structure. Our assemblyengineers are careful to deal withcomponents during the assembly. Especially,the engineers treat that insulation is themost important thing in the assemblyprocess.The active parts are firstly assembled coreand coil. After the core and coil assembly isfinished, it will be dried in the oven toeliminate moisture content. An assembly tank process is one of the lastparts in the process of assembly. The activeparts must be inserted into the tank in 5hours after finishing the drying process.Because the moisture in the air maypercolate the active parts and it occurs todamage the active parts when it isenergized.Kumkang Transformer assembly engineersare very scrupulous about tanking, because,it may make leaking oil from the tank.
