This treatment washes away any iron that wasleft behind during the welding process and reestablishes the oxide level of the stainless steel toensure corrosion resistance. By removing iron fromthe welded surfaces, the Squire is less susceptible tocorrosion brought on by aggressive water.ROBOTIC WELDERJACKET AND FOAMThe dent resistant polypropylene jacket and ABScaps are attached to the tank assembly, and thenhigh density foam is added using a high pressuredispensing system to provide insulation that willkeep the heat where it belongs, in the water. The efficiency of the heating boiler couldbe as much as 20% higher than a direct-fired tank-type waterheater.
