Recording Time Student workers currently using Kronostime clocks will transition to Kaba timeclocks Biweekly paid student employees for nontime clock units will have to recordtimestamp for hours worked with the WebClock Monthly paid student employees (e.g.GTAs, GRAs) will have ACA hours loadedon their timesheet based off theemployee’s standard hours listed inOneUSG Connect HR data These employees have the ability toupdate their timesheet, if needed, tobetter represent their hours worked Students working for GTRI will continue toreport time worked in eTime3/10/203
