We focusedinstead on the great enhancements and letting you know what to expectnext. In December, we engaged with an independent consulting firm to conductan assessment of our program and compensation models to ensure fairmarket value compensation for your time as you participate in the programs. We engaged a number of NSC clients who graciously agreed to beinterviewed to provide feedback. Various industry data sources and tools wereused to guide us. Several teams of athena stakeholders – Legal, Compliance,Sales, and Account Management – reviewed the outcome of the study andaligned to enhance our program compensation model. We are very excitedto unveil this to you in April. What we have been working on includes: a new NSC compensation modelwith increased reimbursement rates, new e-sign agreements, a newonboarding process with an improved nomination review, high touch programoverview calls with each practice, a NSC Welcome Kit that will be mailed toeach new practice signing on, inclusion of the Client Referral Incentiveagreement at the time of NSC onboarding, creation of a pre-recordedwebcast for “On Demand” access to learn more about the programs, updates to the Client Advocacy website, and more!Page 1
