Accounting MBA Curriculum under the 49-creditPart-time ProgramCREDIT TOTALS MAY VARY PER GROUP DEPENDING ON THE COURSES TAKEN.SPEAK WITH AN ADVISOR FOR QUESTIONS RELATED TO DEGREE COMPLETENESS.This concentration is comprised of 7 courses (21 credits).Students will only be able to complete a Primary concentration if they choose to concentratein Accounting. The concentration can be completed with a minimum of 6 courses (18credits) for students with 3 credits of accounting successfully completed at theundergraduate level or at another graduate program outside of Rutgers.Students must choose 1 of 2 areas to focus on: CPA Exam Content TaxationImportant Change: Students taking the CPA exam on or after July 1, 2017 will need tohave completed 24 total credits (21 concentration credits 3-credit core Accounting forManagers course). This requirement applies regardless of when you started the academicprogram. The concentration can be completed with a minimum of 6 courses (18 credits) forstudents with 3 credits of accounting successfully completed at the undergraduate level orat another graduate program outside of Rutgers.
