Using RecruitiFi with SuccessFactorsYou have three options for how you use RecruitiFi inconjunction with SuccessFactors. Our Client Successteam is ready to work with you to determine whichoption is right for your organization.1. Stand Alone [page 3]The turn-key way to use RecruitiFi immediately.2. SuccessFactors Quick Setup [page 4]Candidate tracking and ownership in your ATS whichtakes less than an hour to set up.3. Option 1: Stand AloneRecruitiFi can be used independently to manageagency searches and every step of the hiring process.Most employers begin with this option.Standard tools within RecruitiFi like job libraries,templated company-wide fields, and cloning toolsmake posting jobs a breeze.Candidates are submitted through RecruitiFi, whereyou can review them, schedule interviews, share theirprofile with hiring managers, disposition them, or markthem as hired.federal and international guidelines should you need tolegally review the search at a later date. When you hireyour candidate in SuccessFactors, they can be invitedto apply directly, or their agency can submit their profile.Benefits: With this option, you can start using theplatform immediately. It requires no additional setup, and captures all the necessary data you need forreporting and regulatory compliance.All reporting is available in real time, including EEOC/OFCCP data. Option 2: SuccessFactors Quick SetupRecruitiFi provides a simple in-platform setting toseamlessly invite candidates into SuccessFactors atany stage of the hiring process that you choose.Setup time and effort is minimal—just a few minutes oftime for your ATS/HRIS administrator to add RecruitiFias a source in SuccessFactors. Upon posting eachjob on RecruitiFi, your TA team will add the URL of thejob posting from SuccessFactors, and our system willappend the URL with RecruitiFi as the source for allapplicants that come through that link.Benefits: Maintain your candidate workflow inSuccessFactors, while keeping the control and benefitsof managing your agencies through RecruitiFi.4 2020 RecruitiFi Inc.

Option 3: IntegrationRecruitiFi will integrate with your SuccessFactorsinstance at no cost. SuccessFactors’s open API enablesus to integrate with great flexibility and does not requireSuccessFactors’s partnership or resources.Benefits: You have the flexibility to maintain your fullworkflow for requisitions, evaluating candidates, andhires in SuccessFactors, while gaining the benefits ofagency management through RecruitiFi.Integration generally involves building a mechanism forposting jobs from SuccessFactors to RecruitiFi and toauto-push candidates back to SuccessFactors. The fullscope of the project will be mapped out by RecruitiFi inconjunction with your TA, HRIS, and IT teams, with theengineering work to be done by RecruitiFi’s tech team.Keep in mind that every integration is customized tofit the needs of the employer, so the time-frame forcompletion can range from a few weeks to a few months.5The following pages lay out a typical integration plan. 2020 RecruitiFi Inc.

Option 3: Integration - Posting RequisitionsCongratulations!You just posted your job to RecruitiFi with a fewclicks of a button! At this point, you have twooptions for how we set up your organization.1. Send from SuccessFactors: You can choose tosend the job straight from SuccessFactors withoutever going to RecruitiFi. Our algorithm will selectagencies to receive the job, and you’re good togo. Note that this does not allow for the flexibilityof manually selecting the agencies. Also, certainfields on RecruitiFi will remain blank, so youragencies will have less info to source candidates.2. Send from RecruitiFi (recommended): You areseamlessly linked to RecruitiFi to complete theadditional fields and have the option of manuallyselecting the agencies.
