I basically spentmy 20’s really struggling to see if I had acareer in entertainment . it is strange, butwithout sounding negative, I never reallythought there was a chance for it. both myhosting opportunities in America and Indiahappened purely by chance because on bothoccasions people encouraged me to auditionand I resisted a little but then just went for it andhere I am today! After the first show in India, thehustler in me kicked in and things went intooverdrive and I’ve spent years just trying to doas much as I can and honestly I’ve never beenmore fulfilled or happy creating and buildinga career and watching something growexcites me it isn’t about the money or fame itis the reward of sheer hard work!Introduce us to a day in your life.When I’m shooting I’m on set at location thewhole day so that’s that on a day off the daybegins with a workout always followed by agood breakfast which is always healthy.meetings, more meetings, work calls, someideating, figuring out what I want to do nextwork wise and making it happen and ofcourse social media time as well. other thanthat maybe a massage or hair appointment orall those things we need to do to stay lookingour best . then couch and netflix – best!What exercises comprise your fitnessregime or workout routine?Some crossfit usually burpeeswall ball squatslungesdeadliftspull upsman makerssit upsweighted squatsbench press the usualgood circuit that caters to everything and mix itup on different days.Tell us about the food/meal routine thatyou follow to remain healthy andphysically fit?I am mainly a meat veg kind of girl with somebrown rice and quinoa thrown in almondand coconut flour is good. lots of avocado,love berries, salmon and chicken, mixed nutsand lots of water and coconut water andvegan protein.How would you explain the role ofexercise in leading a fit & healthylifestyle?For me it is imperative . to work the hours Ido I need my body to not just aesthetically looka certain way but also feel great so beinghealthy isn’t a lifestyle choice for me it IS LIFE.
