Face the side labeled “slicer” up for slicingand face the side labeled “shredder” up for shredding.FOOD PREP TIPS5"5"Trim ingredients so they are in 4" to 5" piecesor slightly over the height of the feed chute.DO NOT cut ingredients smaller than theheight of the feed chute.Cut both ends off ingredients to create flatsurfaces.
