Drain almonds,discarding water. Cashewsdo not need soaking.2 Combine almonds or cashewsand water in blender jar of theKitchenAid ARTISAN PowerSeries Blender. ROASTED TOMATO CHIPOTLE SALSAMakes: About 750 ml Prep Time: 10 minutes* Total Time: 18 minutes*INGREDIENTS1 Preheat grill and position rackabout 6 inches from heat source.Place tomatoes, cut side down,on grill pan. Sprinkle onionover tomatoes and drizzle oilevenly over top. Grill, turningover as needed to cook evenly,until onion begins to blackenand tomatoes collapse, about10 minutes.2 Combine tomato-onionmixture, chipotle and sauce,coriander, garlic (if desired) andlime juice in blender jar of theKitchenAid ARTISAN PowerSeries Blender.
