They are planning to build a new crisis center that will beopen long term. This project has been something that hasbeen worked on for years. The building will be centrallylocated and right off the freeway. There will be 23 hourobservation and impatient unit. There will be medical andpharmacy services on cite. The estimated budget for thebuilding is 55 million and they are almost halfway to thatgoal. Groundbreaking is planned to be at the end of thesummer. A phone number for mental health care iscurrently 276-CARE but July 16 it is changing to 988.
