Lutron Sivoia QSRoller 64TM shadesLimited WarrantySCOPEThis limited warranty (“Warranty”) covers theLutron supplied (a) Sivoia QS Shade System(“Sivoia QS Shade System”), (b) Sivoia QED Shade System (“Sivoia QED Shade System”), (c)manual shade system and (d) alternating currentor a/c shade system (each of the foregoing beinga “System”). Customer acknowledges and agreesthat use of the System constitutes acceptance ofall terms and conditions of this Warranty.LIMITED WARRANTYSubject to the exclusions and restrictions described below, Lutron warrants that each Systemwill be free from manufacturing defects from thedate of shipment by Lutron for a period of (a) oneyear as to the wall controls, interfaces and system accessories of the Sivoia QS Shade System(“External Sivoia QS Components”) and (b) eightyears as to the other Systems and the electronicdrive unit, shade fabric and shade hardware of theSivoia QS Shade System. If any manufacturingdefect exists in the External Sivoia QS Components, so long as Customer promptly notifiesLutron of the defect within the one year warrantyperiod and, if requested by Lutron, returns thedefective part(s), Lutron will, at its option, eitherrepair the defective part(s) or provide comparablereplacement part(s). C omponents and equipment external to theSystem, such as, non-Lutron lighting andautomation systems; building wiring audio-visual equipment; and non-Lutron timeclocks, photosensors and motion detectors.4. T he cost of repairing or replacing otherproperty that is damaged when any Systemdoes not work properly, even if the damagewas caused by the System.THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALLOTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES.
