Single Sign On (SSO) Access Instructions SSO is a mandated FDOE security platform designed to make thelogin process safe for all application users. Please follow these directions to ensure you have continued accessto this application. If you currently have SSO access, please skip toStep 2.www.FLDOE.org22

Access and follow directions on the SSO Support Page(enter district/school in the “Select your organization” search box)to obtain the email address of your SSO Liaison (also known as your LEA).Page URL: s/Support.aspx)7
As an EFIS user, the route to set up your SSO (Single Sign On) access,and any subsequent issues related to EFIS,is through the IT Department at your college or district.8

If you currently have SSOaccess, skip this step.AND2) Add the Educational Facilities Information System (EFIS) application toyour personal SSO Portal, using the following : ProductionRole:Userwww.FLDOE.org26
Notes: Your request must be made to your local LEA Helpdesk, not the StateService Center. Your LEA should answer your request by sending you a confirmationemail with your personal SSO user login credentials. It is important thatyou retain these login credentials for future use. It may take up to one week to set up your account, depending on howquickly your District LEA responds to your request. You will only need to complete the above instructions once.www.FLDOE.org27

Access the application through theFDOE Single Sign On (SSO) webpageThis will take you to the FDOE SSO Landing Page.12
Select the user account assigned by your SSO LEA.Locate your School or District. If you are part of theHosted SSO type, you willselect “SSO Hosted Users”. If your district is part of theFederated SSO type, youwill see and click on yourdistrict name.Refer to the login account that your SSO LEA provided in your access email. Your college or district name may be listedin the “SSO Sign On" account list; or your SSO LEA may have told you to use the “SSO Hosted Users” button.13

After you have successfully registered for SSO,andEFIS has been added to your personal SSO application resourceportal, you will see a gold EFIS box like this*:*If you do not see a gold EFIS box, it means that the EFIS application has not been addedto application resources on your personal SSO account.
