Pleaseread the enclosed information very carefully to makeyour visit to CMS enjoyable and safe. The followingrules will be strictly enforced by CMS Security andthe Concord Police Department. CMS owns and controls all rights to space locationsfor all events at the track. RV parking passes aretemporary licenses for the space and time periodthat is printed on the pass. This permit licenses theholder to park one (1) vehicle in the assigned area forthe event specified. Commercial activities of any kindare prohibited without prior written permission fromSpeedway Motorsports or CMS. Park at your own risk; Speedway Motorsports/CMSand their officers, agents, employees and affiliates arenot liable for any loss of any kind to vehicle or otherproperty of the permit holder. Acceptance of thispermit constitutes acknowledgment by holder thathe/she has read and consents to the terms herein. Any damage incurred to CMS property by individualRV/Campers will be the responsibility of the ticket/account holders who may be billed for such damages. Due to constant improvements, there is no guaranteethat your space will remain the same.TMTM

WELCOME & ARRIVALVEHICLE PASSESAll RV passes will be digital. Your passes will be availablein your CMS ticket account. Please log into charlottemotorspeedway.com/ticketmanager to download yourtickets and camping passes to your digital wallet. Onceyou arrive at the check-In, your pass will be scanned.We will issue you a tow pass to be placed on the dash ofyour tow pass vehicle and on your camping unit. Pleaserefer to the Attendant for tow pass vehicle locations.If your vehicle does not fit into your space or if you haveadditional vehicles to park, additional passes are available and will be given at the campground check-in.If you are unable to download or access your pass viamobile, please reach out to the Ticket Office for additional support at 800-455-FANS (3267) or tickets@charlottemotorspeedway.com.All motorized vehicles must have a valid state licenseplate and be in working condition at all times at CMS discretion. All vehicles must be within the confines of thecampsite and in the gravel. No vehicles may be parkedin any of the grassy areas around the campground.Vehicles also may not be parked in an adjacent site asthis may prevent another camper from checking intothat site. A fee may apply to any vehicles caught parkedin another site.*Motorcycles must fit within the designated RV spaceand must be properly licensed street bikes.ADDITIONAL VEHICLESThere will be designated areas set up specifically foradditional vehicles. These vehicles will not be allowedat the individual RV spaces.*Note: Must have an RV pass in accompanying lot topurchase AVL passes.

Camping is only permitted in designated campgroundspaces only. No overnight camping is permitted in openparking areas. One (1) EZ-Up style shade per space is permitted;maximum size is 10 ft x 10 ft. The EZ-Up must besecurely fastened to the ground and/or RV and mustfit inside your assigned space, without blocking theview of your compound from the service road. In theinterest of safety, if wind speed exceeds 15 m.p.h.CMS reserves the right to have all structures removed.Camping tents and/or party rental tents, see-throughor otherwise, are not permitted in any of the RV lots. Firearms, fireworks and weapons of any type are notpermitted. Violators are subject to arrest. Tractor-trailers, box trucks, cargo trucks, enclosedhauling trailers or rental trucks are not permitted. Trailers used as sleeping quarters or a small utility trailer storing gear is acceptable as long as it fits in yourspace. Trailers with advertising are not permitted without consent of CMS. Free trailer storage is available.

Anyone requestingexception to this rule must have an approved “exhaustflow pipe” attached to their generator exhaust to ventthe fumes upward and away from other campers in order to lessen the dangers of carbon monoxide. Thiswould apply to motor homes and units with very lowdecibel generators.Units with high decibel generators or no exhaust flowpipe will be moved to another location in the campground by the Campground Hosts and Speedway security so as not to disturb other campers, keep themawake, and maintain safety for all.CARBON MONOXIDEWARNING: Carbon Monoxide (CO) poisoning is possible with camping equipment. Carbon monoxide is a U se common sense while operating your bicycle.poisonous gas that you cannot see or smell, but fumes O perator assumes all responsibility and assump-can be harmful or fatal. Our Camping Hosts are located atthe check-in tent or riding around the campgrounds ingolf carts. If you cannot find a Camping Host, contact asecurity officer 24 hours a day by calling 704-455-3220.QUIET HOURSQuiet hours are from 12 a.m.– 7 a.m. All internal and external sound systems must be maintained at a reasonable level and facing inward towardyour camping spot. Speakers and generators mustbe turned off during Quiet Time. Noise levels deter- At no time is it permissible to connect any electricalcords to the CMS generators supplying power for lighttowers or other electrical equipment necessary to provide for the safety of CMS patrons. Unauthorized Utility Connections: Charlotte MotorSpeedway prohibits the unauthorized connection ofphone, internet or electric services while on CharlotteMotor Speedway property. If unauthorized utility connections are discovered you will be evicted immediately from the property. No utility provider has advancedpermission to connect accounts on CMS property. PARKING & SAFETYSPEED LIMITSpeed limit in all RV areas is ALWAYS 5 mph.PETS Campers must clean up after their pets and properlydispose of the waste; this rule applies at all times nomatter where the pets relieve themselves in the campgrounds or parking areas. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guestsand campers, it is important that you read and abideby the following Pet Policy: Aggressive dogs of any breed cannot enter or stay atCMS campgrounds. If your dog shows behavior thatis protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leaveit home. If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior, CMS personnel will ask youto leave. A LEASH RULE is in effect whenever the animal isoutside the owner’s camping trailer, vehicle, motorhome or tent - there are no exceptions. All dogs mustbe under the control and visual observation of theirowner at all times. No dog can be left tied up andunattended outside the owner’s camping equipment. Allowing your pet to bark uncontrollably day or nightwill not be permitted and in such event, you may beasked to leave. Service dogs are always welcome at all CMS campgrounds. However, these animals must follow leashrestraint policies and may not exhibit aggressivebehavior. Pet Pens are allowed but the pet must still remainunder constant supervision at all times.INFIELD CAMPGROUNDSPECIFIC GUIDELINES All fans and visitors must have an infield credential/wristband which must be displayed at all times andsubject to inspection for re-entry. Grandstand tickets are not acceptable for admissioninto the infield. No skateboards, scooters, etc. of any kind are permitted in infield campground. Pedal bicycles will beallowed for ease of transportations. No wagon races or other reckless activity that couldcause serious injury are permitted. No firewood, fire rings, or campfires permitted atanytime. Vehicle roofs and/or standing platform floors are notallowed No grilling of any kind during race activities.
