They question motives and introduce suspicion into relationships.In these days of political division and woke sensitivity that assumes bias, maybe it would be good tojust dial back the dispositional animus and exercise a bit of qualified discernment in what we hearabout others. Maybe acknowledging that we are all just flawed and inconsistent creatures would bein order. Maybe exercising patience and due consideration before we render judgment on what wehear about someone else would be a good resolution for the new year.
