Ideasyou post can be viewed by both Accruent employees and other vx Maintain customers. Contact Accruent Support if youhave questions about the Ideas page.Enhancements in this release include improved performance, increased stability, and featureenhancements for vx Maintain.Release OverviewSummaryWorkSpaceRelease NotesFor August, the vx Maintain team developed some exciting new featuresthis release as the culmination of a few years of design and review: Confidential and Proprietary 2021Completed WO Reactive Activities for use in the work orderlifecycle.You may now forecast create PPMs for the length of the contract.Providers can limit their tile results to work orders linked tosubcontractors.New Service Providers may now apply to be a part of our ServiceProvider Network from the login screen.Clients can now administer their Work Permit settings via theAdmin tab.On WorkSpace, the work order status on the work ordersummary is now a link to the appropriate page for the nextlifecycle step.Embedded Analytics is now enabled for a larger number of users.Site selection in rule builders were updated to allow for 2000entries to show at once.www.accruent.com3
Performance improvements and application enhancementsFeatureSummaryNew Headerand Footervx Maintain has been updated with the new VX Suite Accruent header and footer.Non-compliantBrowsersBeginning October 1st, 2021, we will no longer allowconnections to webservices that utilize TLS 1.0 or 1.1(https://wbs.verisae.com, https://wbs.verisae.co.uk), andwill only accept connections using TLS 1.2.NoticesThere are many security reasons to upgrade to newer TLSprotocols. Vulnerabilities in both 1.0 and 1.1 make it moredifficult for Accruent to ensure our customer data’sconfidentiality and integrity, as well as the availability of ourservices. If we believe you are impacted, we will connectwith you soon and you will need to engage with your ITdepartment to ascertain next steps to ensure you areupgraded to TLS 1.2 to ensure your connections to ourwebservices remains intact. In the meantime, please reachout to your CSM if you have any questions.PendoWe are excited to announce that in Q4 of 2020, weactivated a third-party product called Pendo in vx Maintain.Pendo helps us more closely track user analytics in vxMaintain. This allows us to better understand how theapplication is used and how we can improve it to betterfulfill the needs of our clients.Pendo also allows us to introduce new enhancements intothe application such as: On-screen, step-by-step guides for new and keyfeaturesNew feature announcementsRelease announcementsSystem status notificationsOther news and eventsLook out for further announcements as we roll theseenhancements out across 2021.
