CHIMNEY STYLESCHIMNEY TYPESEach chimney is hand built at ourSkelmanthorpe manufacturing facilityin the heart of Yorkshire using eithera standard or bespoke design.Fabricated in Glass Reinforced Plastic(GRP) we then clad with real brickslips or other materials collectedfrom site to make a finished productwhich is lightweight but strong whileperfectly blending to each individualbuilding.Many of the chimneys in the rangeare available as fully working units,suitable for venting both Class 1 &2 flues. Once on site the system issimply connected to our chimneyusing appropriate couplings.Brick Slip Chimneys - This style ofstack is the most popular. REDROW HOMES, DEANSHANGERChimneys have always been a strong feature of traditionalstructures and add greatly to the aesthetic appeal of the builtenvironment. We supplied a range of chimney styles to LindenHomes in London which I’m sure you would agree also addsignificantly to the “curb appeal”.This was one of our first projects that we worked with RedrowHomes on and we have enjoyed a great relationship since.Once this project was underway, it’s the site manager that wedeal with the most, it’s important that he gets the product hewants at the time he needs it so regular correspondance isneeded.Deliveries are wrapped and labelled with plot, order numbersand brick types.
