This includes the propercare, maintenance, control, and reasonablesafeguards to prevent loss, damage or theft ofsuch equipment and other Fixed Assets.

Obsolete Items Old Furniture – Fixed AssetManagement Group will notpick up old broken furniture,your custodians can discardthem. The Fixed Asset Management Group provides movingservicesthroughouttheoneihhh DistrictDi i fromflocation/school to another. The movers are not here toreplace the custodians, but to assist. We will moveClClassroomsanddDDepartments fromfone buildingb ildi toanother. We will also move Pianos and Photocopiersfrom one area to another.The Fixed Asset Management Group will no longerprovide moving services within a location/building.y the Custodial Staff.That service should be done byAll Relocation Services Request will have to besubmitted to our Department via email from the SLT(There is a minimum of five day turnover period).period)
