The Main LevelLiving Room includes a full leather set: sofa, love seat, & chair. Alsoincludes matching wood coffee table, 2 end tables, 2 lamps, 1 large arearug, ceiling fan, and a propane fireplace.
Coat Room (near living room/kitchen entry way) includes coat rack, shelves,bench seat, floor mat, and floor space for storing muddy boots, shoes, etc.Accessible Bedroom includes a leather sofa andqueen sleeper sofa, coffee table, end table withone lamp, and a ceiling fan.Full Accessible Bathroom has a transfer showerand is adjacent to the accessible bedroom. Dining Room includes alarge dining table andchairs to seat amaximum of 12people. Also includes an electric fireplace anda large flat screen television equipped withsatellite TV.Recreation Room includes an air-hockeytable, foosball table, and card table.Laundry Room includes a washer & dryer,counter space, and cabinets.Full Bathroom next to laundry room.Utility Closet beneath the staircase, wherecleaning tote/supplies, broom, dust mop, dustpan, trash liners, and upright vacuum cleanerare stored. Vinyl gloves are also found here.The GarageSingle Stall includes an upright freezer and lockable storage space. Theremote for the garage door opener is located in the kitchen drawer beneaththe telephone.The Equestrian Corral The Equestrian Corral issituated close to theBunkhouse and can easily beseen from the front porch ofthe lodge. We invite you tobring your horse on vacationwith you as there are 5.1 milesof horse trail to trot andthousands of public land toroam! The BunkhouseThe Bunkhouse is a very unique addition to the lodge. This full log structurewas first used as a schoolhouse, since then we have restored and convertedit into a sleeping quarter. Located a short walk away from the lodge, thebunkhouse sleeps four and includes 2 bunks (full/full), a dresser, and a cardtable. Guidelines and Points of Interest Reservations for the lodge/bunkhouse can be made one year prior to your arrivaland must be made by midnight CT two days before you arrive.Check-in time is 4 p.m.; Check-out time is 11 a.m.Any damages and/or extra cleaning costs will be assessed as necessary.Pets are not allowed inside the lodge or the bunkhouse, except for service animals.- Pets must on a leash no longer than 10 feet. Owners must clean up aftertheir pet.Smoking is prohibited inside park facilities.Campfires are allowed only in approved fire grate on site. Firewood is available topurchase from park staff. Campfires are subject to burn bans and are notguaranteed.- For information on fire ban status, go onlineto:www.blackhillsfirerestrictions.com, or call;Great Plains Dispatch Center: 1-800-4955Please report any safety hazards or repairs needed to park staff.Linens, towels and hand soap are not provided. Please remember to bring yourown.Dinnerware & cookware are provided and should be cleaned and stored in thecupboards as you found them.Please do not use dish towels for anything other than drying dishes & cookware.- You may leave any used dish towels on the counter before you check-out.At check-out, please turn off all lights, fans, & the television before leaving, lock allexterior doors from the inside, and exit the lodge through the front entrance door(combination lock).Toilet paper, waste receptacles, trash liners, and clothes hangers are provided.Cleaning tote, broom, dust pan, dust mop, and upright vacuum cleaner are locatedin a closet on the lower level, beneath the staircase.- Cleaning tote: spray disinfectant cleaner used to clean counters, sinks, toiletseats and glass cleaner (blue product in spray bottle) for cleaning windows &mirrors.
