Unless otherwise specified herein , for the purpose of computingcharges in this Tariff , a month is considered to have 30 days. Allcalculations of dates set forth in this Tariff shall be based on calendar daysunless otherwise specified herein.2 Customers may be required to enter into written Service Orders which shallcontain or reference the name of the Customer , a specific description of theservice ordered , the rates to be charged , the duration of the services , and theterms and conditions in this Tariff.3 At the expiration of the initial term specified in each Service Order , or in anyextension thereof , service shall continue on a month to month basis at thethen current rates unless terminated by either party upon 30 days writtennotice. Acceptance for filing by the Commission recognizes that it is a court'responsibility to adjudicate negligence and consequential damage claims.
