IntroductionToday there are more and more emerging forms of meditation, QIGong, Yoga, Taoist exercises and the like that claim to lengthenlifespan, boost longevity and improve overall wellness emerging onan almost yearly basis. How do you know which one is right foryou? The key is whether an exercise you perform gives you feelingsof higher frequencies in your body, mind and spirit. This can beverified by your own bodily experience of inner peace, joy andphysical vitality. If you experience more balance and harmonyoccurring in life, then your practice is successful. The human spiritis constantly evolving to become a self-realized and groundedindividual. Part of this process includes ethical behavior andharmony with the social whole. Any practice that purifies the mindover time will create a healthy body and mind that graduallybecomes refined into a spiritual body ofpure inner light resonating with healthyinner sound. The key purpose of this book is to teachsimple easy to use techniques, thatanyone can use to extend their lifespan. The technique shown in this book is basedon a method thousands of years oldrecorded by an Ancient Egyptian Priestnamed Thoth. In Ancient Egyptianmythology, Thoth was associated withthe system of writing, the development ofscience, the arts of magic and thejudgment of the dead. Thoth also servedas a mediating power between good andevil and was credited with the writing ofEgyptian hieroglyphs. All who practice this technique receiveexperiences of inner peace, joy and physical vitality.16

About 4,300 years ago, the ancient saint known as Peng Zu wasreported to have lived for880 years (much like thebiblicalsupercentenarians). Hewas one of the foundersof today what is knownas Taoism. His processof longevity was basedon the followingprinciple: Rejuvenateone's soul first, thanrejuvenation of themind and body willthen follow. His practiceinvolved valuing peaceand quiet and heabstained from worry, misery andbereavement. He alsoused stretchingexercises, breathing andvisualization exercises. When a part of his bodywas starting to becomeaffected due to age, hewould focus on thatafflicted part using hisexercises to revitalize it.The exercise shown inTablet 13 of the Emerald Tablets of Thoth is just such a methodthat rebuilds the body beginning at the soul level, which is thenpassed on towards the physical body, making it a very effectivetechnique to restore health, vitality and longevity to the body.17

This book is a personal journal detailing my 8 years of performingthe exercise discussed in Tablet 13 called the Emerald Tablets ofThoth, the Key to Life and Death of which the technique has verystrong parallels to Mr. Peng Zu’s Taoism. It was not until 5 years ofpersonal practice of the Emerald Tablets exercise that I accidentlydiscovered that the restorative energies felt during the exercisewere felt stronger during certain seasonal periods. Theserestorative energies were found to peak strongest at sunset duringfall every year with a second peak occurring during the mornings inspring. It was only after many years that I leaned this seasonalenergy pattern happens to match the same seasonal cycle as theoriginal QI Gong energy used by the ancient Tao Masters andthis cycle was most likely utilized by Mr. Peng Zu.What is QI?Many of us have seen the power of karate experts who are able tobreak wood boards with their hands, or even their heads, and QIGong masters that are able to heal others by projecting intenseheat in the infrared spectrum generated by focusing their minds. This same energy can be generated by anyone with the right skillsand knowledge. This "chi" energy is contained in the air all aroundus, and rises and falls at various times according to seasonal andlunar cycles. There are already some types of Tai Chi and Martial Arts Exercisesthat tap into this energy flow and use it for various purposes. Hereis a quote from the www.williamccchen.com website explaining theprocess of a type of Qi Gong called "internal chi".“The energy pressure comes from an internal intrinsic energy of Chi;Chinese call it Yuan-Chia, the original life energy that is inherent withour birth. It is a mix of chemical energy, is highly concentrated, andexists inside the body. Mental awareness is required for thepressurization of the energy; this combination and interaction is veryimportant to us: without it we cannot think, talk or walk. Life wouldbe like a living death e.g., (a coma or vegetative state).18

When we are sleeping, the body has no energy pressure inside; it islike a flat tire; if anything crashes down, the body will be easilycrushed. When we are standing up or walking around, the energypressure inside the body is moderately relaxed. Stress causes theenergy pressure inside the body to over-expand and the personbecomes uptight. The way the energy pressure changes in the body is controlled by themind through a progressive awareness. If used in martial arts, it canresult in powerfully quick punches and kicks. It is called iron shirt byChinese martial artists. If used when adhering to a life of longevitynutrition, it can result in better intuitive knowledge of the right herbsto take and foods to eat.The pressure force begins from the center of the body in the lowerabdomen, which connects the bottom base of the foot and goes tothe tip of the fingers. This center of the energy is known as Tan Tiena, which literally translates as Field of Cinnabar. It is located two inchesbelow the naval; this is the field to be produced or cultivated fornourishment essential to the sustenance of life. It is a very importantpoint. The body is always seeking restoration and repair and it occursmuch faster when the mind has increased its awareness and is inthe proper state of mind. The main energy source for any chienergy exercise is focus combined with an increased amount ofoxygen brought into the body. Beneficial side effects of generatingchi in the body include increased awareness, a more balancedoutlook on life and a stronger immune system. This new expansionof awareness brings with it the power to heal ourselves. This in turncauses us to subconsciously heal others in the process (changeyourself and change the world). From this we can conclude thatperforming QI Gong type or similar type exercises affects 2 parts ofthe body, the spiritual and the physical. The most common andwell known of the life force exercises are QI-gong and Tai Chi.19

I have concluded that Tablet 13, the Keys to Life and Death isactually an ancient form of Egyptian QI Gong that was utilized bycertain groups, possibly religious or secret societies in AncientEgypt thousands of years ago. So this means that not only has QIGong been around for thousands of years, but this energy has beenknown by many different names and has branched off intodifferent types of practices. However one thing always remains thesame, the peak of the energy and its cycle always remain the sameno matter how much time may pass. From this we can develop aclear guide to better uncover the best techniques that give the bestresults. The Emerald Tablets Exercise, as well as most general QIexercises involve focused will and intention. This causes aninteraction with the torsion field. A simple formula is shown below:Conscious intention createsenhanced energy fields whichalters the existing torsion field This causes distortion of theVacuum Restoration of tissuesand re-vitalization of the body.Published Scientific Studies of QI Gong and their NumerousHealth BenefitsBelow are just 2 of the many scientific studies conducted during thepast decades that have been published in the US National Libraryof Medicine. These peer reviewed papers show evidence that QIenergy can influence, heal and improve overall general well-being.20

Qi GongA 2015 study titled: From Body to Mind and Spirit: Qigong Exercisefor Bereaved Persons with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome-Like Illness, was conducted by a team of researchers headed up by J. Li,the study concluded that after practicing Qigong for 3 months thatthe participant’s physical and mental fatigue showed significantdeclines. Also there were improvements in the volunteer’s spiritualand psychological states of mind.Qigong YangshengAnother type of Qigong known as Qigong Yangsheng has beenshown to help people suffering from asthma. A 1998 study titled:Qigong Yangsheng as a complementary therapy in the managementof asthma: a single-case appraisal that was conducted by A. Reutherand D. Aldridge stated that Qigong Yangsheng was of significantbenefit to people suffering from asthma. Qigong Yangsheng is ahealth-promoting form of traditional Chinese medicine combiningmovement, breathing technique and mental exercise.Additional References:I.Birdee GS, Wayne PM, Davis RB, et al. The EmeraldTablets of Thoth24

Chapter 1 – A Brief Synopsis of theEmerald TabletsThe history of the Emerald Tablets is strange and beyond the beliefof most modern scientists. Their antiquity isstupendous, dating back some 36,000years B.C. The tablets were translated byDr. Michael Doreal during 1925. Dr. M.Doreal founded the metaphysicalchurch and institute. He is the author ofthe organization’s writings and wasgranted permission to be remitted to thepublic forum by the Great White Lodgeand Elder Brothers of mankind, who createwritings to assist spiritual evolution of mankind. Besidesdeciphering the Emerald Tablets, Doreal studied the Kabbalah andtranslated many ancient texts into English and various otherlanguages to assist in the purpose of mankind’s spiritual evolution. His publications and writings can be found at the Brotherhood ofthe White Temple publication office located at P.O Box 813,Sedalia, Colorado 80135. Phone: (303) 688-3998.Explaining the Revitalizing Energy that Comes From thePracticing the Emerald Tablets ExerciseThe exercise is named the "Emerald Tablets Exercise" becauseduring the right conditions, the rejuvenative light turns to abeautiful emerald green. The strongest energy flows after youvisualize yourself “balancing“ on a pole which compresses theabdomen area, which releases QI energy. This occurs as a result ofthe energy emerging from the center of the body coming from afeeling of trying to balance oneself. This is similar to a top orearth's angular momentum which causes a change of seasons eachyear. After you have performed the exercise a number of times,1

you will find you will have lower blood pressure and increasedfeelings of vitality and wellness.Tablet XIII Examined in Closer DetailHere is part of the original tablet translationtranslated by Dr. Michael Doreal.Deep in Earth's heart lies the flower, thesource of the Spirit that binds all in itsform. Know ye that the Earth is living inbody as thou art alive in thine own formedform. The Flower of Life is as thine ownplace of Spirit and streams through the Earth as thine flowsthrough thy form; giving of life to the Earth and its children, renewing the Spirit from form unto form. This is the Spirit that isform of thy body, shaping and molding into its form.Know ye, O man, that thy form is dual, balanced in polarity whileformed in its form. Know that when fast on thee Deathapproaches, it is only because thy balance is shaken. It is onlybecause one pole has been lost. See ye not that in Earth's heart isthe balance of all things that exist and have being on its face? The source of thy Spirit is drawn from Earth's heart, for in thyform thou are one with the Earth. Whenthou hast learned to hold thine ownbalance, then shalt thou draw on thebalance of Earth. Exist then shalt thouwhile Earth is existing, changing in form, only when Earth, too, shalt change:Tasting not of death, but one with thisplanet, holding thy form till all pass away.Looking at the first paragraph we come across the text “as thineown place of Spirit and streams through the Earth as thine flowsthrough thy form; giving of life to the Earth and its children, renewing the Spirit from form unto form.”2

This sounds a lot like the flowing energy generated by QI Gong. The next paragraph“Know that when fast on thee Death approaches, it is onlybecause thy balance is shaken. It is only because one pole hasbeen lost. In Earth's heart is the balance of all things that existand have being on its face”This sounds much like the body has a north and south magneticpole, and can be re-strengthened by allowing QI Gong energy toflow throughout it, re-storing it. There are many documentedcases, including some good YouTube videos where QI Gongmasters are able to make a compass needle move via QI (VideoTitle: Qi Gong Master Zhou compass spin). In order to make acompass needle move, you need to have an external magneticfield. This proves that the human body, and possibly the flow of QIGong energy itself has a magnetic component to it and that it canbe revitalized with the right technique. In summary, just as thehuman body has stored Jing Energy which can be tapped into forrevitalization, the earth also has stored “Jing” which is releasedduring geomagnetic storms which occur from solar activity. What is Geomagnetic Energy?Geomagnetic energy is a result of earth’s geomagnetic field. It is amagnetic field extending from Earth's interior which meets up withthe sun’s solar wind. When solar activity is stronger, geomagneticenergy becomes stronger and more disturbed due to it impactingthe solar wind, causing earth’s beautiful aurora borealis.Geomagnetic energy has 2 seasonal peak periods each year. Theyare spring and fall.3

The next paragraph“See ye not that in Earth's heart is the balance of all things thatexist and have being on its fa

experiences associated with practicing Tablet XIII, the Keys to Life and Death, I have put the discoveries made over the past 8 years in as clear as light as possible, giving anyone the opportunity to use this information as a guide to working with Tablet XIII and to understand how to use these energies to restore vitality and longevity
